RPM Italian offers a menu of modern Italian cuisine created by Chef/Partner Doug Psaltis. The menu appeals to a wide variety of diners with dishes meant to be shared, including traditional Italian Cicchetti, Wood-Oven Pizzettes, cold antipasti (like the signature Lobster Caprese Salad with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil, alongside hot antipasti such as Wood-Grilled Octopus with chickpeas and celery, and Prime Beef Meatballs. At the center of RPM Italian’s menu is more than a dozen fresh housemade pastas offered daily in signature dishes like Mama DePandi’s Bucatini Pomodoro and Squid Ink Spaghetti with Spicy King Crab. A wide selection of fresh salads, slow-roasted meats, prime steaks and seafood round out the chic menu. For a sweet finish, opt for traditional and modern Italian desserts including Bill’s Chocolate Budino with salted caramel and cocoa nibs and a selection of house-made gelatos and sorbets.
The extensive wine list, curated by divisional wine director Ryan Arnold, boasts more than 100 American and Italian vintners that perfectly complement the modern Italian cuisine. Tucked away in the back of the dining room is the cozy four-seat Amaro Bar offering guests a menu of digestifs.
The partners collaborated with New York City-based design firm Monolayer to create the modern 8,000 square foot restaurant. The space is sophisticated and chic and set in tones of blacks, whites and grays and seats 350 guests. The open, rectangular bar area is lined with cozy banquets and high-top seating, making it the ideal place not only to see-and-be-seen but also to enjoy a great meal, cocktail or late night bite.
RPM Italian offers several customizable private and semi-private event spaces, including The Boardroom which holds up to 14 people and features a large table and flat screen TV, and The Stage located just off of the main dining room, hosting parties for up to 40 guests. For seated dinners, RPM Italian offers versatile set spaces with movable glass walls to accommodate groups of various sizes. Menus can be customized to fit each experience.
