Matt Hittinger

As Associate General Counsel, Matt provides legal support and advises on all matters including complex real estate transactions, corporate structuring, leasing, financing, and litigation.

Prior to joining Friedman Properties, Matt developed his corporate and transactional practice at a prominent mid-sized law firm in the Loop. Matt received his law degree from the DePaul University College of Law where he participated in Appellate Moot Court Society and competed in the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition.

Matt is a graduate of Indiana University and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Indiana. He is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, and Urban Land Institute.
