A midday tasting menu at Topolobampo

When Frontera Grill opened more than 30 years ago, it proved to America that fancy Mexican food wasn't an oxymoron. Then, adjacent to Frontera, chef and entrepreneur Rick Bayless opened Topolobampo, itself now approaching the big tres-cero, and raised the bar for Mexican in Chicago to the level of the hautest tasting-menu palaces.
