Hogan+Montuano in Neighborhood Chef Series

On December 19th, join River Roast patrons as Chef John Hogan teams up with Guest Chef Tony Mantuano of Spiaggia to collaborate and present a special five-course menu as part of the Neighborhood Chef Series. The monthly series features a special five-course menu with wine.  

This month's menu includes: 

  • 1st Course (John): Nantucket Scallop Crudo, forbidden black rice, aji amarillo, shiso
  • 2nd Course (John): Atlantic Fluke, peekytoe crab crust, tomato butter
  • 3rd Course (Tony): Gnocchi, white truffle, ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 4th Course (Tony): “Green Circle Chicken”, roasted rutabaga
  • Dessert (Tony): Tarta di Cioccolato, chocolate tart
