Joseph Cohen

As Chief Financial Officer, Joseph Cohen is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of Friedman Properties. In addition to his daily responsibilities, he collaborates closely with the Development Department on a wide range of issues including construction cost monitoring, tax structuring, pre-acquisition finance modeling and feasibility analysis.

Cohen holds a B.S. and M.B.A. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a thirty-year veteran of the financial industry. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois C.P.A Society.
