Jim Weiss

Jim Weiss, Vice President - Director of Asset Management, oversees the day-to-day management of all Friedman Properties buildings. He supervises a highly competent staff that is uniquely dedicated to excellence in tenant services and the long-term maintenance of each Friedman Properties' asset.

Jim is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Chicago's Roosevelt University. He has worked in the real estate industry for four decades.
