Marriott Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites
The River North Marriott Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites at 410 N. Dearborn Street is a joint venture development managed by partners Friedman Properties and White Lodging. White Lodging, one of the country's largest Marriott franchisees, will mark the delivery of its 100th Marriott hotel to market when the River North location opens for business. The first of its kind, the hotel brings together two highly respected brands under one roof. The Marriott Residence Inn, with 270 suites, will cater to extended stay travelers by replicating the comforts of home. Suites will feature separate living, working, sleeping and eating areas, along with fully equipped kitchens and a door-to-door grocery service. The 253-room SpringHill Suites will offer amenities tailored to the needs of business travelers including large, well-lit desks, free, high-speed Internet access and a full service board room and business center. The ground floor of the dual flagship hotel will add 14,500 square feet of retail space to the neighborhood. The space will be partially occupied by Einstein Bros. Bagels and a new restaurant developed by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises.
