This ambitious 2.2 million square foot project in the heart of River North will be anchored by the 353 N. Clark Building, a Silver LEED precertified, 45 story high-rise designed by Lohan Anderson and A. Epstein & Sons International. The office tower, scheduled to open in 2009, will house the Chicago headquarters of Mesirow Financial and the nationally renown law firm Jenner & Block LLP. With sought after tenant amenities and 25,000 square feet of retail space, the building heralds the next evolution of the River North neighborhood, an area quickly becoming downtown Chicago's hottest new market for corporate office space.
Across the street at 410 N. Dearborn, the Marriott Residence Inn and Marriott SpringHill Suites will complement this stunning new tower by catering to business and leisure travelers alike. The hotels, both located under a single roof, will offer upscale studios and one and two-bedroom suites featuring separate living, working, and sleeping areas as well as fully equipped kitchens. The double flagship building will bring an additional 14,500 square feet of prime retail space to the neighborhood, including a major dining establishment which promises to enhance the area's stellar reputation as the city's best culinary destination.
