River North Self Park is a joint venture managed by experienced Chicago developers, Albert Friedman, President and CEO of Friedman Properties, and Myron Warshauer, former President and Chairman Emeritus of Standard Parking. The garage will be located on the corner of Clark and Kinzie streets, adjacent to the new 523-room Marriott Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites and across the street from 353 N. Clark, a new 45-story, Class A office tower co-anchored by Mesirow Financial and Jenner & Block LLP. The garage will fulfill a significant need for new parking in the River North market and will add more than 14,000 square feet of retail space on the structure's ground level.
