All tenant account servicing is handled by Friedman Properties' Accounting Department, which oversees the financial management of the company's more than4-million square foot portfolio. In addition to  day-to-day accounting responsibilities, the Accounting Department collaborates with the Development Department on a wide range of issues including construction cost monitoring, tax structuring, pre-acquisition finance modeling and feasibility analysis.
