A quaint two-story historic building nestled amongst skyscrapers and high-rise buildings, the 22 West Hubbard structure serves as a reminder of times past. In the early 21st century, Friedman Properties took great care to bring the building to its natural glory, restoring its interspersing road brick pattern and large "Chicago" windows.

Today, 22 West Hubbard serves as the location of the one of the hottest restaurants and bars in Chicago, Rockit Bar and Grill.
